ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTION EXPERT:

With years of experience in commercial and residential architecture, we are well situated to evaluate problems resulting from construction defect and design errors. Our firm has been heavily involved in this realm since the year 2000 assisting Attorneys, Insurance companies, and other experts to resolve these project difficulties. Our experience with over 50 projects has given us a broad range of knowledge that has stood up in court and expert meetings.

Since architecture is the traditional profession that coordinates the consultants and contractors for the owner, it is the construction field most qualified to anticipate all potential problems and pull together the experts that are needed.

We have defended Architects, Developers, and Contractors of all types.

We work with a wide group of Associate Experts who provide us with additional testing and product capabilities.

As Architects with Design Build and Construction Management experience, we know both sides of that divide, bringing an attitude that works productively with Contractors.

We work closely with a select group of Repair Contractors, who can perform both investigation and repair.
